Summary
The RANA programme provided reception and reintegration assistance to Afghan nationals who returned to Afghanistan from one of the European Union (EU) Member States. The programme ended on 30 April 2007.

Project Partners
- IOM offices throughout Afghanistan implement the RANA programme. IOM Helsinki is a sending mission for participants and works together with IOM in Afghanistan to coordinate reception of returnees

- European Commission with the majority of co-financing provided by the Governments of Denmark and Germany
