MIDA - Instructions to Apply |

1. Get to know the MIDA Health Somaliland-Puntland project by reading the following documents:
2. Make sure that you fulfil the basic criteria for participation in the project.
If you are not eligible to apply, or consider that you will not be able to take part in the MIDA Health Somaliland-Puntland project, you are still invited to complete the application form so that IOM can consider you for future activities. Please make sure that you mark this in the application form.
3. Complete the MIDA Health Somaliland-Puntland Application Form in English.

For easy evaluation, it is recommended that the Form is filled using a computer or a type writer. Please print the form and submit it alongside the other required documents to the address specified below.
4. Attach copies of all required documents:
- Passport or Residence Permit
- Copies of academic diplomas and other study certificates
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Work certificates and reference letters
5. Send the MIDA Health Somaliland-Puntland Application Form, the required annexes, and all other supporting documents to IOM Helsinki using the following postal address:
