In principle, IOM facilitates return to all countries worldwide. However, the services that are available and the type of assistance that is provided often depend on the country of return and whether or not there are active IOM reintegration projects that can help the returnee upon arrival. Since 2003, IOM Helsinki has arranged voluntary returns to Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Chile, China, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Ghana, Great Britain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, the Kosovo Province in Serbia and Montenegro, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, FYR Macedonia, Moldova, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tanzania, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
