Summary

This project aimed to facilitate the development of a common view on European Community and national anti-discrimination legislation among the judiciary, in order to lead to more coherent and efficient court procedures against discrimination on the grounds of racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation. The e-learning tool developed through this project will facilitate the independent learning process of members of the judiciary in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland. The e-learning tool contains modules and exercises on Community anti-discrimination legislation and national anti-discrimination legislation in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.
